It has been awhile since I posted on my blog, but I had to take the time out and tell you about a book that is written by one of the Elders in my church. God inspired her to write this testimony down and told her that anyone she told it to He would heal them. I have not ever been married, but the undeniable faith Evangelist Linda explains in this book is so ground breaking for me. It is not that I don't believe or trust God, but there was a little gray area in my life unchecked and my reading this book has caused me to expose that and confess it to God so I can begin to heal. I think I have been like the 5 foolish maidens who showed up to the wedding unprepared.
Her testimony is about her marriage, break up and remarriage (to the same man). She talks about how the Holy Spirit revealed himself and guided her through this process. This is not a condemning book telling you no matter how abusive or just plain wrong your marriage is you should stay in it, but it gives revelation to hear from God on what He says you should do about a marriage and reveals how He fixes things and that it is not always the most conventional manner.
I just want to help Evangelist Linda spread this testimony because it means so many different things to so many different people.
